Voiceover call-in stories to the Haunted Hotline are our guide through this patchwork quilt of creepy tales about letting go. Inspired by “Tales of the Crypt Keeper” and “Are you Afraid of the Dark”, and with the black comedy of "Fargo".

Do You See Ghosts? Is a film about three characters Sophie, Suzanne, and Luna, who are haunted by literal and metaphorical ghosts : one by friendship, the next a bitter life, and Luna can’t hide from a lust that burns inside of her.
Set in fictional interpretations of Prairie Canada, Do You See Ghosts? threads three haunted tales that play out under real-life phone calls to the Haunted Hotline... an actual hotline to reach people who Do Actually See Ghosts...
In the first narrative act we meet Sophie, a pre-teen struggling with how to move past her best friend’s Dads sudden death: at the worst take your kid to work day ever. The second act introduces us to Suzanne, a life-long alcoholic, retired from her health and safety job and sent spiraling into a mistake that changes her life again... all in 48 hours. In the final act, the meticulous, calculated life of a skilled butcher named Luna begins to rot in front of her eyes. Her persona begins to peel away and reveal a dark former self... one she will return to and embrace: a serial killer.
Woven in between the acts are vignettes that embrace the liminal spaces of the prairies, the animalistic and the machine, soft and hard, strange and should not be. Their soundscape is the phone calls of our Chorus: the Haunted Hotline phone operator and the poor haunted souls looking to tell their story.
